I studied Industrial Design at the University of Fine
Arts Braunschweig.

With Jorge Pensi in Barcelona I mainly worked on the
design of furniture, interiors and lighting equipment.
Among our clients were Cassina, Kusch+Co, Zurich
Insurances and others.

Working at Design Continuum in Milan as senior
designer I managed projects for many international
clients in the fields of consumer goods and capital
goods, such as Bene, Zeiss, Roche, Saunier Duval,
Hewlett Packard, Samsung.

After my move to milani d+c in Zurich I concentrated
on the design of medical goods for Draeger Medical,
Leica Microsystems and others.

In autumn 2004 I set up my studio in Cologne, in 2006
I moved to the old liquorice factory in Cologne-
Ehrenfeld.

Since 2005 I teach design at the University of
Wuppertal.
